All during the Christmas season, we do "special" things almost every night. On this night, I told Maggie that this was the most special of all. We turned off all lights except for decor lights, drank hot chocolate, & eggnog, & read THE Christmas story. At first, she said, "This is it? This is not the special thing I wanted to do." Then, after Brett started reading and she realized that she knew most of it word for word (play at church), she got excited. I think this picture is so sweet. He's such a good man.
